Mise En Scene balloted out of Ascot

It is with great disappointment that unfortunately Mise En Scene has been balloted out of the QIPCO British Champions Fillies & Mares (Group 1) at Ascot on Saturday. 

With a maximum of 14 runners allowed, 16 were declared which meant Mise En Scene missed the cut by two runners due to having the lowest rating of those declared.

Obviously this is hugely frustrating as for many previous years, the race hasn't filled.

James Ferguson reported he is gutted but will make a plan for her next run in the next couple of days. However, he has confirmed she will be entered in the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf which closes on 24th October.
