Mise En Scene’s trainer James Ferguson said today;

“Mise En Scene is in good order, I’m very happy with her.

I think the step up in trip will help her and also the ground on the soft side of good being another positive.

I think Sir Michael Stoute’s horse Ville De Grace is the one we have to beat, however she can be a bit temperamental. She didn’t go into the stalls on her intended run at Goodwood last time.

The Gosden’s have a couple in there which obviously you can’t dismiss, but I wouldn’t swap our filly for anything in the race.

Hopefully Cieren can get her out of the stalls early and get into a nice rhythm so she’s not on the back foot in the early part of the race.

I’m really looking forward to running her and fingers crossed she runs a bit race for you all.”

“Mise En Scene is back in action tomorrow at Yarmouth and should enjoy the step up in distance to a mile and a quarter for the first time.

She ran a nice race at Sandown last month after coming back from a break. She was finishing best of all and the step up in trip should bring about some improvement.

James Ferguson has been very happy with her training and her mental and physical wellbeing since Sandown so we’re expecting a big run from her.

Ville De Grace for Ryan Moore and Sir Michael Stoute won the race last year and again look to be the combination to beat.

Mise En Scene is towards the head of the market and she looks to have a big each way chance. Hopefully Cieren Fallon can get her in a good position early on and she has some luck in running at the business end of the race.

Once again we're looking forward to seeing many RacehorseClub members who are attedning as official owners. Hopefully we'll see them in the winners enclosure!"
