Mise En Scene Yarmouth Race Review

Mise En Scene finished 2nd at Yarmouth yesterday beaten by a nose. Cieren Fallon made the running and was headed entering the final furlong but battled back towards the finish only to be denied by the narrowest of margins.

A stride either side of the line she was in front. A frustrating result, however, it was great to see her with such a willing attitude in what looked a very competitive race.

Her trainer James Ferguson said post-race;

"A super run from Mise En Scene there, it was gutting that she didn't get back up. She maybe idled when in front, then got done for a bit of toe in the latter part of the race.

However, it was very pleasing to see her battle back and I honestly thought she had won. She might be a candidate for cheekpieces next time and I think she'll stay further still. She's lovely filly and did us all proud."
