12 April 2021: Free Handicap at Newmarket

Good morning,

Just to keep you updated, we have decided to avoid running THE LIR JET on Wednesday in the Free Handicap at Newmarket. He will now run in the Watership Down Stud Too Darn Hot Greenham Stakes (Group 3) 7f, on Sunday 18th April at Newbury the 2.45pm race. After speaking to Michael Prosser, Clerk of the Course, at Newmarket this morning, I think it would be better to head for Newbury as hopefully the ground will be more suitable for him.
